Who doesn’t like a good deal? Especially when it is for something nice and luxurious. There are lots of sites out there that promise glossy, lux options but the deals can sometimes be gloomy – or, you have to search for 20 – 30 minutes for a deal. I will try to make an effort to regularly share amazing tips and secrets regarding where I find the best deals on luxury products. There are number of sites that allow you to find amazing brand new or vintage items at a fraction of the price. Does it take a bit more digging? Maybe, but hopefully my post will help save you time and effort. Please leave a comment if there are other sites that you think I should be looking into.
- Boots – I know what you are thinking. “How could a drug store end up on this list? Um, they have a points scheme and it is great for luxury cosmetics and fragrance brands like Chanel. Sometimes they will even have speciality makeup artists come through. I recommend booking a makeup appointment at least twice a year.
– TK Maxx (TJ Maxx in the US) – The UK shop allows you to buy amazing luxury brands including Celine and Prada on their site though the “gold label” option. They also have flash sales that you can sign up to for even more amazing deals. You can also buy clothes online in the US through their “runway” brand designation. I spotted a cute Balenciaga dress! Each of these sites also has options for men. TIP: Try on clothes even when they are out of your budget as it will help you determine how the brand “fits” with you.
– Vestiaire Collective – This is an amazing site for vintage and second hand clothing, accessories, jewellery, etc. I purchased my nearly new Prada handbag on the site last year and it was amazing. They check that the items are authentic. You can also consider cleaning out your closet and make a few buck by selling your stuff.
– Groupon Platinum Collection – I used to trawl though Groupon trying to find the best deals but then I saw that they have established a page just for their top luxury options. Such a good idea! Now you can cut through all of the riff-raff offers and get yourself to the good part. Just be sure to check and see whether you have to present the Groupon or if there are massive backout dates. You want the deal to work for you!
– The Outnet – If you like Net-a-porter you should know about The Outnet. It is a shopping site that sell past season luxury designer goods. It is also in the same brand family as Net-a-porter. You can browse through the site to get a sense of all of their options, which includes everything from Lanvin to Christian Louboutin.
