One thing I’ve learned in my career is that a big part of being a success is learning that you don’t have to know everything or do everything. The key thing is to learn how to delegate what you can so that at the end. You have to be able to move forward and grow in new areas without getting stuck wasting your time on things you can already do. Think of it as an opportunity to grow, change, deliver and mentor others on to greatness and success.

- “L” for things that can be picked up later
